Jaipur, Feb 1 (NationPress) Rajasthan MP Manju Sharma expressed her support for the Union Budget for 2026-27, noting that this is the inaugural budget developed at Karyavay Bhawan, which reflects the dedicated work ethic and responsibility of New India.

She highlighted that this budget is a pivotal move towards achieving the vision of a developed India.

Sharma pointed out that the three primary goals of this budget are to stimulate economic growth, meet the aspirations of the populace, and guarantee inclusive development for every citizen. The measures introduced to enhance investment, boost industries, and create job opportunities will infuse fresh energy into the economy. Furthermore, the budget is both considerate and progressive, aimed at offering enhanced facilities and chances for the general public.

MP Manju Sharma further remarked that the budget places special emphasis on elevating farmers' incomes. Initiatives in the agricultural sector, adoption of modern technology, and enhancements in market frameworks will directly support farmers and augment their earnings.

She also underscored the budget's plan to advance healthcare through knowledge, technology, and innovation. By enhancing the biopharma sector, India is poised to emerge as a global frontrunner in medical innovation and research. This will not only improve the healthcare system but also foster medical tourism.

Former MP Ramcharan Bohra observed that simplifying and ensuring transparency in the direct tax system will attract global trade and investment, positioning India as an even more appealing destination for investors.

The Union Budget 2026–27 lays the groundwork for inclusive growth, a self-sufficient India, and a robust economy, integrating all segments of society into the mainstream of development. This represents a significant, visionary stride towards a developed India.

MLA Kalicharan Saraf stated that the budget bolsters the commitment to a Developed India and takes a crucial step towards a self-reliant economy. It outlines a plan for inclusive development, considering the ambitions of all societal sectors—the underprivileged, farmers, women, youth, and the middle class.

The allocations for infrastructure, railway and road projects, Digital India, startups, MSMEs, agriculture, and rural development will provide new impetus to the national economy. He commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Finance Minister for unveiling a visionary, people-focused budget that fortifies the nation’s economic bedrock and is pivotal in propelling India to a global economic powerhouse.

MLA Bal Mukundacharya Maharaj remarked that this budget empowers the underprivileged, farmers, youth, and the middle class. With its emphasis on infrastructure, job creation, agriculture, healthcare, and education, the Modi administration has further solidified the foundation of a self-reliant India.
