Gandhinagar, Nov 25 (NationPress) The Gujarat government has unveiled plans for the second edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) dedicated to Kutch and Saurashtra, set to occur in Rajkot on January 8 and 9 of the upcoming year.
In conjunction with this conference, the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Exhibition (VGRE) will be held at the same location from January 8 to 11, providing an esteemed platform for industries, MSMEs, governmental bodies, and entrepreneurs from the region.
The focus of the second VGRC will encompass pivotal development areas such as ceramics, engineering, ports and logistics, fisheries, petrochemicals, agriculture and food processing, as well as minerals.
This event is designed to foster inclusive and sustainable growth in western Gujarat through strategic alliances, policy backing, and improved investor engagement.
The inaugural edition of the conference, conducted in North Gujarat, witnessed remarkable participation.
Spanning 18,000 square meters, it showcased six thematic pavilions, featured over 410 exhibitors including more than 170 MSMEs, and attracted over 80,000 visitors.
Building on this success, the forthcoming VGRC aspires to be even larger and more impactful.
The Rajkot event will extend over 20,000 square meters across six state-of-the-art domes, presenting sector-specific exhibitions, innovation displays, and opportunities for business networking.
VGRE 2026 will gather top companies and institutions from high-growth sectors such as agro and food processing, fisheries, renewable energy, engineering, ports and logistics, handicrafts, chemicals and petrochemicals, banking and financial services, and education.
