Kolkata, May 26 (NationPress) A total of 20 companies from the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) are set to be deployed for the upcoming bypolls in the Kaliganj Assembly constituency located in the Nadia district of West Bengal. This election is part of a series of bye-elections occurring on June 19 across five assembly constituencies in three Indian states.
According to a source from the office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of West Bengal, the deployment of CAPF personnel is anticipated to be finalized by next week.
