Patna, Dec 20 (NationPress) A tense atmosphere unfolded on Saturday outside the District Magistrate's office in Bihar's Sheohar district as students from Project Girls' Senior Secondary School staged a sit-in demonstration, alleging misconduct by a teacher and demanding immediate action against him.
The students reported that the troubling incident occurred on Friday within the school's premises.
They claimed a teacher acted inappropriately towards a girl student, sparking outrage among her peers.
According to the students, the girl was charging her mobile phone when the teacher confronted her, questioning her about whom she was communicating with.
When the student denied any conversation, the teacher allegedly threatened to inform her family, accusing her of talking to her boyfriend.
The students further alleged that the teacher blackmailed the girl and behaved in an unacceptable manner, causing her significant distress.
