Patna, June 20 (NationPress) The Leader of the Opposition in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, fiercely criticized both PM Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday, accusing them of failure, extravagance, and a significant disconnect from the true conditions in Bihar.
“We do not want a ‘pickpocket’ Prime Minister and an ‘unconscious’ Chief Minister. The Prime Minister delivers speeches merely read from a teleprompter. He lacks any genuine understanding of Bihar’s realities,” he stated.
Yadav claimed that PM Modi’s speeches are repetitive and devoid of any new initiatives, mocking them as a recycled script that fails to present a clear vision for Siwan or Bihar.
He questioned the effectiveness and expense of PM Modi’s frequent visits, stating, “Each time the Prime Minister arrives, it costs Bihar Rs 100 crore. The BJP is one of the wealthiest parties globally, yet the expenses for its rallies are covered by the poorest state in India. This is disgraceful,” he remarked.
Furthermore, he accused the administration of coercing citizens to attend the rally, asserting, “PM Modi and Nitish are not true leaders. If Lalu Prasad Yadav were to stand in a public square, crowds would gather spontaneously.”
