He reminisced about the former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. T. Rama Rao, who endeared himself to the underprivileged by introducing the Rs 2-a-kg rice scheme.

Chandrababu Naidu established his brand by advancing the IT sector in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, Y. S. Rajashekhar Reddy is fondly remembered as the brother of farmers. Today, I have made my own distinction with the Young India brand,” he stated.

He asserted that the state government conceived the 'Young India' brand drawing inspiration from Mahatma Gandhi.

“The future of the nation resides in classrooms. Thus, we have prioritized education and employment,” he remarked.

CM Revanth Reddy highlighted that his administration has founded the Young India Skills University to equip the unemployed with technical skills. Notably, the eminent industrialist Anand Mahindra has been appointed as the head of this university.

The Chief Minister assured that students enrolling in the university will receive job security and mentioned that the government is striving to position the Young India Skills University as the finest in the country.

“We are also working on establishing the Young India Sports University and Academy, with aspirations to secure medals in future Olympic games,” he added.

He noted the government's initiative to construct Young India Residential Schools, with one school planned for each Assembly constituency on a 25-acre site.

The Chief Minister emphasized the significance of the Young Indian Police School for law enforcement personnel, recalling that its establishment was a part of the election manifesto.

He expressed plans to develop the police school to rival the Sainik school, stating, “The government is committed to allocating substantial funds for this initiative. It is our collective duty to develop the police school into a role model.”

He urged private companies to contribute financially to the police school as part of their social responsibility, announcing a corpus fund of Rs 100 crore for the institution and guaranteeing government support.

The Chief Minister reflected on how former Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru laid the groundwork for numerous universities across the country, noting that Nehru's vision has positioned India to compete globally.

“Only a few Prime Ministers and Chief Ministers are remembered in this country. The impactful decisions made by those notable leaders have left a lasting impression in history,” he stated.
