“In PM @narendramodi’s Double Engine state Gujarat, child labour is not only tolerated but is also met with inhumane treatment!” declared a statement from Trinamool Congress.
They also disclosed the name of the victim, although his face was obscured in the images shared.
“Ganesh Durlabh, a young boy from Kalna, was compelled to toil in a jewellery factory in Gujarat, where he endured brutal assaults, leading to serious injuries and enduring trauma. The BJP has shown blatant disregard for Bengal by condoning these abhorrent acts against our citizens,” the statement continued.

“The BJP is Bangla Birodhi (anti-Bengal),” it added.
In a recent visit to Alipurduar district, the Prime Minister criticized the West Bengal government concerning the prevailing law and order issues.
He launched a fierce critique of the West Bengal government and the ruling Trinamool Congress on various matters such as corruption, law enforcement, and the alleged oppression of Hindus in minority-dominated areas like Murshidabad and Malda.
The Prime Minister specifically addressed the grievances of common citizens in West Bengal, claiming they have been sidelined due to rampant corruption among Trinamool Congress leaders.
