New Delhi, April 3 (NationPress) A collective of Triveni Home Buyers has lodged a formal complaint with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), accusing the Sky Palazzo residential project in Sector 88B, Gurugram of fraud. The development is being executed by Fidatocity Homes Private Limited on a 10.84-acre site in Harsaru Village.

This project is registered with HRERA under the registration number RC/REP/HRERA/GGM/921/653/2025/24.

The buyers expressed concerns regarding the involvement of Mukund Mittal, the son of Madhur Mittal, who is a director at Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure Private Limited.

The complaint alleges that Madhur Mittal faced a ban from the Director of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) in Haryana in 2019 due to his involvement in previous controversial projects, raising suspicions about the legitimacy of the Sky Palazzo project.

“Recognizing their fraudulent activities, the DTCP issued an order on 30.09.2019, prohibiting the Mittal brothers and their associates from acquiring new licenses in the future,” states the complaint, a copy of which is available with IANS.

The document emphasizes, “You may understand the specific irregularities and fraudulent activities that necessitate immediate intervention and investigation through these facts.”

Furthermore, the complaint highlights that the project application was filed by Amit Kumar Sharma and Anil Sharma, both hailing from Agra, which is also Madhur Mittal's hometown, raising additional doubts regarding the project's authenticity.

Moreover, the buyers pointed out a current legal conflict over another Triveni project in Faridabad, where investors' funds are reportedly stuck.

The Triveni Home Buyers have requested HRERA for swift action, urging the authority to halt bookings, payments, and marketing related to the Sky Palazzo project to avert potential fraud and guarantee transparency for future buyers.

As per the latest updates, the case is presently under review by HRERA.
