The victims have been identified as Sandeep Sahu and Gopal Sahu, both from Darha village under the Sisai police station in Gumla district.
This grim find occurred near the section between Ara Gate and Sanatorium within the city limits, specifically under the jurisdiction of the Tatisilwai police station.
