Addressing corruption, the Chief Minister assured that significant figures and high-ranking officials are being held accountable in the state.
“We have recently reclaimed 10,000 acres of land from encroachers, and we will continue our efforts to prevent any alterations to the state's demographic structure,” he remarked.

Speaking to the audience, Chief Minister Dhami mentioned that this Mushroom Village serves as a model that could inspire the state’s agriculture department to foster self-employment.
“Under PM Modi’s vision for a developed India, approximately 11 crore farmers nationwide are receiving assistance through the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi. In Uttarakhand, around 9 lakh farmers benefit from this scheme each year,” he stated.
He further highlighted the increase in Minimum Support Price (MSP) for crops and the advantages of the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, stating, “Scientific assessment of agricultural soil is significantly aiding farmers.”
According to him, under PM Modi's guidance, the Uttarakhand government is providing Rs 3 lakh in interest-free loans to farmers and has allocated Rs 200 crore for polyhouses aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity.
“It is a point of pride that with a funding of Rs 115 crore, nearly 350 polyhouses have already been established in the state,” he added, noting that the state government has also raised the sugarcane procurement price by Rs 30 per quintal.
Dhami mentioned that the government is investing Rs 1,200 crore to promote the cultivation of apple, kiwi, and dragon fruit.

Many individuals who returned in previous years are now being supported. This initiative will eventually benefit both the residents of our state and those who wish to work here.”
Discussing the integration of IT tools for governance, Dhami stated, “This initiative aims to alleviate the need for individuals from remote areas to travel to district headquarters or offices, saving them time and resources while overcoming numerous challenges. Therefore, we have decided to conduct camps in every Nyay Panchayat where all 28 administrative departments will be accessible in one location.”
