New Delhi, March 29 (NationPress) A 22-year-old individual named Dilshad was viciously killed by stabbing in an area under the Usmanpur police station in North-East Delhi. The police have initiated a significant manhunt to identify and capture the unknown assailants behind this horrific act.

An official stated that authorities are executing a comprehensive investigation, examining potential leads, and striving to gather additional details to bring the culprits to justice.

Senior police officials promptly arrived at the scene, where Additional DCP of North-East Delhi, Sandeep Lama, addressed the media, saying: “A call was received around noon regarding a youth being murdered. Upon arrival, we confirmed that the individual had been stabbed.”

“The police are actively investigating. Our team is working to determine the origin and escape route of the suspects,” he added.

Dilshad had just moved to Delhi only four days prior, having lived with his father in Rajasthan, where they operated a toy-selling business.

Relatives indicated that Dilshad had stepped out to purchase household essentials, carrying some cash. Additional DCP Lama remarked that an in-depth investigation would uncover all specifics of the incident.

Sultana Khan, Dilshad’s sister, communicated with IANS that her brother frequently accompanied their father to the Ajmer Dargah in Rajasthan, where their father sold toys and performed labor work.

She noted that Dilshad had received a call from a friend prior to his departure, and that friend's contact number may still be saved in his phone. Sultana also pointed out that Dilshad was the eldest of three siblings.

Rizwan, a friend of Dilshad, informed IANS that Dilshad had worked alongside their father in labor jobs in Rajasthan and even drove a rickshaw, dedicating all his earnings to support their family.
