New Delhi, April 11 (NationPress) Ajmera Realty and Infra India Limited disclosed a 13% decrease in its sales value, amounting to Rs 250 crore for the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY25, in contrast to Rs 287 crore in Q4 FY24.

The real estate firm also noted a 8% decline in its collections for the quarter, which fell to Rs 182 crore compared to Rs 197 crore during the same time last year, as per its filing with the stock exchange.

Nonetheless, the company demonstrated a consistent performance throughout the fiscal year. Ajmera Realty reported total sales of Rs 1,080 crore in FY25, marking a 6% increase from Rs 1,017 crore in FY24.

For the year, collections also saw a rise of 13%, reaching Rs 646 crore, compared to Rs 570 crore in the previous fiscal year.

In Q3 FY25, the company experienced a decline in net profit, amounting to Rs 33.89 crore, down from Rs 35.35 crore in Q2, according to prior filings.

Revenue from operations also fell by 3.54%, dropping to Rs 192.88 crore from Rs 199.96 crore in the preceding quarter.

When compared to Q3 of the previous year, revenue decreased by 6.67% from Rs 206.67 crore, as highlighted in the company’s February exchange filing.

Total income exhibited a downward trend, declining 2.46% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to Rs 199.09 crore and 4.55% year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 208.59 crore.

In contrast, the firm had reported a robust performance in Q2 FY25, with a 57% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 35.35 crore, compared to Rs 22.53 crore in the same quarter the previous year.

Ajmera Realty's stock concluded at Rs 821.50, reflecting a gain of Rs 18.75 or 2.34% on Friday on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Despite being below their 52-week high of Rs 1,224.90, Ajmera Realty shares remained above the 52-week low of Rs 555.65.
