The 20-year-old junior 3P national champion achieved a score of 626.7 after 60 shots, narrowly missing the gold, which was secured by Jesper Johansson from Sweden, by just 0.3 points. Griffin Lake from the USA took home the bronze with a score of 624.6.
Adriyan, who had previously represented India at junior world championships but never at a World Cup, demonstrated remarkable confidence and was among the first to complete his series. His performance also set a new junior national record for this event.

India, which excelled in two out of three ISSF junior events last year, has fielded a formidable contingent of 57 shooters, accompanied by 21 officials, including coaches and support staff.
The Indian team features prominent names such as Olympian Raiza Dhillon (skeet) and Sabeera Harris, mixed team trap bronze medallist from the recently concluded Nicosia Shotgun World Cup.

Suhl, a quaint city with a population of around 40,000 in the heart of Germany, has been a pivotal hub for the junior international shooting circuit, drawing the brightest future stars in the sport.
Numerous future Olympic and world champions have emerged from Suhl. After a hiatus during last year’s Olympic season, the Suhl Junior World Cup returned with a strong showing, attracting over 630 athletes from 59 countries, including all the major shooting powerhouses.
All 15 Olympic events are scheduled, with the 50m rifle prone competition for junior men and women kicking off the festivities on Day One. The Trap Mixed Team event will conclude the medal rounds on May 26.
