David has surged six spots to claim the 10th position in the rankings following impressive back-to-back fifties, making him the leading run-scorer in Australia’s current series against South Africa. His teammate Cameron Green also gained six places, moving up to 17th on the same list.
In a remarkable feat, South Africa’s Brevis has emerged as the biggest climber, vaulting 80 spots to achieve a career-best 21st position after his stunning performance of 125 not out off just 56 balls, marking the highest T20I score by a South African men’s batter and the best score in the shortest format against Australia.
