Hilversum (Netherlands), May 19 (NationPress) Diksha Dagar showcased an impressive final round alongside her fellow Indian golfers, all securing spots in the Top-20 at the Dutch Ladies Open on the Ladies European Tour. The 24-year-old, who has been competing on the Ladies European Tour since 2019, delivered consistent rounds of 71-70-71, finishing at Tied-ninth with a total of 4-under 212. This marks her fourth Top-10 and fifth finish within the Top-11 this season on the LET.
Following her was rookie Hitaashee Bakshi (71-73-69), who ended up Tied-12, while Avani Prashanth finished at T-19 after starting with a 77 but rebounding with a remarkable 5-under 67, featuring five birdies and no bogeys for the day’s second-best score.
Despite a single bogey on the front nine, Diksha excelled on the back nine, securing birdies on the 10th, 12th, and 18th holes. She aims to achieve at least one victory before her home event, the Indian Open, which is among her significant goals.
