New Delhi, March 16 (NationPress) Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has called on Mumbai Indians' captain Hardik Pandya to channel his match-winning prowess displayed in the Men’s T20 World Cup of this year. The five-time champions of the Indian Premier League (IPL) are looking to break their current trophy drought.
The Mumbai Indians will launch their campaign against the three-time champions, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), on March 29 at the iconic Wankhede Stadium. Last season, MI reached Qualifier 2 but fell short against the eventual runners-up, Punjab Kings.
“I believe Hardik Pandya needs to showcase the best version of himself. He must bring his A-game to every match. When he performs at his peak, both as a batsman and a bowler, it could significantly impact the team’s success,” said Harbhajan.

He will be the lead opener, supported by either Rickelton or de Kock. Following that, Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma will fill the third and fourth spots. Hence, I don’t foresee both Quinton de Kock and Ryan Rickelton playing simultaneously,” Harbhajan concluded.
