New Delhi, Oct 13 (NationPress) The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) hosted a distinguished ceremony on Monday at the Taj Mansingh Hotel in New Delhi to celebrate the achievements of India’s medallists from the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

The event was attended by notable figures including P.T. Usha, the president of the IOA, along with Mansukh Mandaviya, the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, senior government officials, sponsors, and representatives from the sporting community. This occasion recognized the athletes who have brought honor and inspiration to the nation with their outstanding performances.

India concluded its Paris 2024 campaign with a total of six medals: one silver and five bronze. Neeraj Chopra added to his Tokyo success by winning a silver in the men’s javelin throw, showcasing his prowess on the global stage.
