Chennai, Oct 18 (NationPress) Following her remarkable showing at the National Circuit Racing Championship in Chennai, Jagathishree Kumaresan is poised to take part in the second round of the FIM Asia Women’s Circuit Racing Championship at the Lihpao International Karting Circuit in Taiwan.

Born in 2004 in Chennai, she stands as the sole Indian competitor supported by the FIM Asia Cup, and she will be racing on the FIM regional platform, paving her way to the FIM Women's Circuit Racing World Championship.

A three-time national champion in India, Jagathishree secured her place on the international stage through her steadfast performances in various domestic competitions. In 2024, she clinched victories in both the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (Girls Stock 165cc) and the National Drag Racing Championship (Ladies Class).
