This victory came after a commanding performance in the third and final match, where India triumphed by nine wickets at the ACA-VDCa Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Saturday.
Kuldeep delivered an impressive bowling performance, taking 4 wickets for 41 runs while Prasidh Krishna contributed with 4 wickets for 65 runs, limiting South Africa to 270 runs. This was despite a remarkable century from Quinton de Kock, who scored a rapid 106 runs off 89 balls, alongside a solid 48 runs off 67 balls from skipper Temba Bavuma.
