New Delhi, March 4 (NationPress) The Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) has officially inaugurated the World Para Athletics Grand Prix New Delhi 2025, set to take place from March 11 to 13 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

This exciting event will host over 90 competitions over a span of three days, featuring elite para-athletes from 20 countries. Notable nations such as Germany, Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan will have their athletes in attendance.

The official logo for the World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2025 was unveiled on Tuesday, representing a vibrant tribute to India's rich cultural heritage and sporting prowess. It incorporates traditional Indian musical instruments like the sitar, drum, and flute, embodying India's artistic flair.

The logo also represents various para-athletic sports, such as wheelchair racing, javelin throw, and running, capturing the essence of para sports and the spirit of inclusivity. Furthermore, it illustrates yoga and athletic movements, underscoring India's commitment to holistic well-being, fitness, and discipline.

Embellished with intricate Indian motifs, the logo signifies unity, tradition, and the vibrancy of Indian culture. Collectively, these elements honor India's diverse heritage while emphasizing the importance of para sports on a global scale.
