Mumbai, March 3 (NationPress) Veteran fast bowler Renuka Thakur has been sidelined from the sole Test match against Australia at the WACA Ground in Perth, with Kashvee Gautam stepping in as her substitute, as announced on Tuesday.
According to a statement from the BCCI, "To effectively manage her workload, Renuka has been advised to take some time off and will not be available for selection in the pink-ball Test. The BCCI Medical Team will be keeping a close watch on Renuka’s fitness recovery."
