Stuttgart, July 27 (NationPress) Midfielder Chema Andres has officially transferred to VfB Stuttgart from Real Madrid. The 20-year-old player has inked a contract extending until June 2030 and will don the number 30 jersey at the Bundesliga club.

Chema began his football journey at the age of five with Betera, followed by a three-year stint in the youth setup of UD Levante. In 2018, at just 13 years old, he joined Real Madrid's academy, where he advanced through the ranks and eventually played for the senior team, participating in the 2024/25 season with the second team in the Spanish third division.

As a holding midfielder, he accumulated three assists in 35 appearances for Real Madrid Castilla, along with two goal contributions in 13 matches in the UEFA Youth League. He made three appearances for the first team – two in La Liga and one in the Copa del Rey – and was part of Xabi Alonso's squad at the FIFA Club World Cup this summer.
