The ball's gradient wave patterns evoke the powerful tides of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, illustrating a sense of fluidity and motion that encapsulates the energy and excitement of the game. The lively coral red and ocean blue color scheme pays tribute to Australia’s natural beauty and vibrancy, ensuring excellent visibility even in low-light and wet conditions.

Every detail of Wavemaker symbolizes the collective strength of women’s football, from the layered petal-like designs representing teamwork to the luminous highlights that capture moments of brilliance on the field.

AFC General Secretary Datuk Seri Windsor John remarked, “Kelme has an established history of providing high-quality footballs for our world-class men's competitions, and we are delighted to partner with them again to deliver our most significant women’s national team competition to date.”
