Ahmedabad, June 24 (NationPress) Gautam Adani, the Chairman of the Adani Group, stated on Tuesday that despite a challenging year, the company achieved record-breaking revenue, unprecedented growth, and historic profitability. He emphasized, "we don’t just build businesses; we build India’s capabilities."

Speaking at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), he noted, "We exemplify a Group that dreams beyond limitations, fueled by a nation that envisions possibility for every tomorrow ahead of us."

“In FY25, our performance was robust. Across all sectors, we not only scaled up but also created an impact, inspired change, and most importantly, reinforced our national commitment,” Gautam Adani shared with shareholders.

“Adani Power successfully generated over 100 billion units. This is a scale unmatched by any private sector entity. We are on course to achieve 31 GW capacity by 2030. Adani Green is constructing the world’s largest renewable energy park right here in India, visible even from space. Our goal of 50 GW by 2030 demonstrates that scale and sustainability can thrive together,” the billionaire industrialist elaborated.

“When we combine our thermal, renewable, and pumped hydro generation capacities, we anticipate reaching a total of 100 GW capacity by 2030.”

Additionally, Adani Energy Solutions is advancing smart metering, high-voltage connections, and ensuring that India’s grid is prepared for the future. They secured nearly Rs 44,000 crore in transmission orders and are managing Rs 13,600 crore worth of smart metering projects.

“Adani New Industries is manufacturing electrolysers and solar modules on a global scale, aligning with India’s green objectives. They are set to enhance solar module production lines and will establish a 10 GW integrated solar module manufacturing facility by the next financial year,” Gautam Adani stated.

Adani Ports achieved a historic milestone by handling 450 MMT of cargo, becoming the core of India’s trade.

“Through marine, trucking, warehousing, and freight forwarding, we are developing a transport utility for the future. In alignment with the Prime Minister's Gati Shakti Mission, our logistics assets are facilitating MSME exports and enhancing India’s global competitiveness,” he highlighted.

Gautam Adani pointed out that ‘Natural Resources’ produced a record 47 million tonnes of coal and iron ore and is on a trajectory to grow by over 30 percent by FY26.

“We also introduced India’s first hydrogen-powered mining truck,” he remarked.

Two and a half years ago, following the acquisition of Holcim’s India cement business, the Group boldly committed to doubling its capacity to 140 MTPA by FY27-28.

“I am proud to announce that we have already achieved 72 percent of that target and have surpassed the 100 MTPA milestone,” Gautam Adani affirmed, reiterating, "we don’t just build businesses; we build India’s capabilities."

Adani Airports experienced significant growth as well.

“In FY25, we served a record 94 million passengers. We also completed the inaugural test flight at the greenfield Navi Mumbai Airport, which will open later this year with an initial capacity of 20 million passengers, eventually scaling to 90 million, capturing 35 percent of India’s airport passenger traffic,” he informed shareholders.

In the realm of data centers, “we have multiple projects exceeding hundreds of MW at various stages of development with global hyperscalers and have initiated gigawatt-scale renewable-powered data center campuses across several states.”

Adani Total Gas now caters to one million PNG customers and operates 3,400 EV charging stations across 22 states.

"This is genuine climate action, not just rhetoric," he asserted.
