This directorial project by Priyadarshan is produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms in partnership with Akshay Kumar's production company, Cape of Good Films. Co-producing this project are Faara Sheikh and Vedant Baali.
