Mumbai, Aug 16 (NationPress) Renowned Bollywood actor and filmmaker Anupam Kher expressed his gratitude after being invited by the President of India to the Rashtrapati Bhavan, stating that he felt both honoured and blessed.

Anupam shared two photographs from the prestigious At Home ceremony hosted by the President on Independence Day at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in the National Capital via his Instagram account.

“Thank you Hon. Rashtrapati #DraupadiMurmu ji for inviting me to #RashtrapatiBhavan for the #AtHome ceremony. I felt Honoured and Blessed! It was an elegant and grand ceremony! I also had the privilege of meeting many other dignitaries from various fields. Bahut Bahut dhanyawaad aur aabhaar. Jai Hind,” he captioned the post.

On the cinematic front, Anupam's most recent film is “Tanvi The Great”, which tells the story of Tanvi Raina, a 21-year-old woman on the autism spectrum living with her mother, Vidya, and her grandfather, Colonel Pratap Raina.
