In her message, Arti recounted how Rupali was only 16 years old when she collaborated on a film with Arti’s uncle, the renowned Bollywood superstar Govinda.

Rupali is the daughter of the late director Anil Ganguly, who passed away in 2016 at the age of 82.
He is celebrated for his classic films, such as Kora Kagaz, released in 1974, featuring Jaya Bhaduri.
