Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas's Upcoming Pan-Indian Film Named Haindava

Chennai, Jan 8 (NationPress) Actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas’s occult thriller, which was tentatively referred to as #BSS12, has received its official title, ‘Haindava', announced by the film's producers on Tuesday.

Directed by debutant Ludheer Byreddy and produced by Mahesh Chandu under the banner of Moonshine Pictures, the narrative revolves around a centuries-old Dasavatara temple.

The film's title was revealed through a Title Announcement Glimpse, starting with a dramatic scene in a dense jungle where a group of miscreants attempts to destroy the sacred Dasavatara temple by setting it ablaze. In a stunning entrance, Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas rides in on a bike, accompanied by a lion and a wild boar, while an eagle circles above.

This scene is rich in symbolism—the fish in the temple pond leap in agitation, and a tortoise observes with intent. A tattoo on the hero’s arm reflects the snake deity (Adishesha Avatar) from the temple, setting the tone for the gripping action that ensues.

As the hero prevents the destruction of the temple, he confronts the antagonists in a breathtaking display of strength. In a striking moment, he ignites a bullock cart, tying the villains to it with a rope, while the flames form the sacred Vishnu ‘Namalu’ shape. This motif resonates on the faces of the lion and wild boar, and the sky reveals multiple forms of Vishnu, leading to the title reveal of ‘Haindava’.

Sources indicate that currently, approximately 35 percent of the film’s shooting has been completed.

In this highly anticipated thriller, Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas stars alongside Samyuktha, with the screenplay crafted by Ludheer Byreddy.

The film's technical team features Shivendra as the director of photography, Leon James as the music composer, and Karthika Srinivas R as the editor. Artistic direction is led by Srinagendra Tangala, with publicity design by Ananth Kancherla.
