Patna, Jan 21 (NationPress) Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Samrat Choudhary has revealed that the forthcoming state budget for 2025-26 will focus on the agriculture and IT sectors.
In a media briefing in Patna on Tuesday, Choudhary underscored the government's dedication to promoting growth and innovation in these essential sectors to enhance the state’s development.
He disclosed that prior discussions regarding the budget have involved ministers from various departments, government officials, industrialists, intellectuals, and the residents of Patna.
"The state budget for 2025-26 will be formulated based on these discussions, prioritising agriculture and IT sectors," he stated.
