New Delhi, Sep 17 (NationPress) Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan commemorated the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by planting 75 saplings at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in New Delhi on Wednesday.
