Chennai, Sep 10 (NationPress) Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is set to begin a two-day journey to Krishnagiri district on Thursday, where he will engage in a variety of official and investment-oriented events, emphasizing the government’s commitment to industrial expansion and welfare programs.
As per the itinerary, the Chief Minister is scheduled to arrive at TAAL Aerodrome located in Hosur’s Belagondanahalli from Chennai at 10 a.m., greeted by prominent party officials and government representatives. At 11.30 a.m., he will kick off the Industrial Investors’ Conference at Anand Grand Palace on Thally Road, Hosur.
This conference aims to lure key industry stakeholders to investigate potential business opportunities in the area. By 12.30 p.m., CM Stalin will head to the ELCOT IT Park to lay the groundwork for a new enterprise, a strategic move to bolster Tamil Nadu’s IT presence in tier-two cities such as Hosur.
At approximately 4.30 p.m., he will partake in a roadshow commencing from the Shoolagiri bus stand and wrapping up at the national highway. Subsequently, he will inaugurate the Delta Electronics factory in Kurubarapalli, established with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore.
In addition, he will unveil the auto-metal lane system and employee housing amenities at the facility. He is also expected to lay the foundation stones for new factories worth Rs 1,100 crore, enhancing the district’s industrial stature.
The Chief Minister will spend the night in Krishnagiri. On Friday, he will attend a government event at Krishnagiri Government Men’s Arts College at 10.15 a.m.
After receiving a police guard of honour, he will tour special exhibition halls arranged near the festival stage. During the event, welfare assistance will be distributed to individuals with disabilities, and Stalin will launch a publication titled 'Kallil Uraindha Varalaru – The Antiquities and History of Krishnagiri'.
The program will also include the inauguration of completed projects, the laying of foundation stones for new initiatives, and the showing of a short film highlighting development efforts in the district.
CM Stalin is anticipated to deliver a keynote address and distribute welfare benefits before making his way to Hosur and returning to Chennai by air.
