New Delhi, March 13 (NationPress) BJP MP Manoj Tiwari hosted a Holi Milan ceremony at his official residence on Thursday, where numerous notable BJP leaders came together to commemorate the festival. Tiwari noted that this Holi is particularly significant, as Delhi is celebrating a victory after a considerable period.

In an interview with IANS, Tiwari stated, "This Holi is genuinely special for Delhi. After a long interval, Delhi is celebrating the Holi of victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party. We all are embracing this moment with immense enthusiasm."

Tiwari conveyed his heartfelt Holi greetings to the citizens of India, highlighting the essence of unity and harmony during the festival.

"I wish all the countrymen a very happy Holi. We should all coexist in harmony. Holi is a festival of immense joy and brotherhood," he expressed.

Reacting to the ongoing protests by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Tiwari criticized their conduct, asserting, "Their sole function is to protest. They have achieved nothing so far. However, we are providing free cylinders to women in need. The criteria have been established, and gradually, all tasks will be accomplished."

The AAP has been protesting, claiming that the newly formed BJP government in Delhi has not honored its commitments. The BJP had pledged to distribute free cylinders during Holi and Diwali, but the AAP argues these promises were mere election strategies.

Addressing the topic of covering mosques during Holi festivities, Tiwari stressed the importance of unity, stating, "Everyone should live together in harmony. The festival of Holi should be celebrated collectively by all."

To enhance the festive atmosphere, Manoj Tiwari also performed a popular Holi song, "Holi Khele Raghubira Awadh Mein," infusing the environment with celebratory cheer.
