Chennai, June 10 (NationPress) Actor Dhanush, who stars alongside Telugu actor Nagarjuna and Rashmika Mandanna in the highly anticipated film 'Kuberaa' directed by Sekhar Kammula, has revealed that he and Rashmika spent six to seven hours shooting in a dumpyard for a particular scene in the movie.
During an event in Mumbai for the release of the song 'Pippi Pippi Dum Dum Dum' from the film, Dhanush shared some memorable moments from the shoot. He stated, "Rashmika and I shot in a dumpyard for six to seven hours," adding humorously, "Rashmika was fine, saying she couldn't smell anything."
In a more serious note, he commented, "I’ve seen articles claiming we shot with masks... it wasn't that big of a deal. But experiencing a different part of the world, away from the comfort zone, was enlightening. I come from humble beginnings, and revisiting that world was nostalgic. I am grateful to this film for many reasons, especially for taking me back to my childhood."
When asked why he has never repeated a role in his two-decade career, he explained, "I am like a processor. I don’t do the hard work; my directors provide the data. I just process it. All credit goes to the filmmakers I’ve collaborated with."
