New Delhi, June 12 (NationPress) BJP Lok Sabha member Nishikant Dubey on Thursday issued a pointed critique of the Congress party and its leader Rahul Gandhi, asserting that he intends to reveal significant details about the Henry J. Hyde United States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Act of 2006.
In a message posted on his X account, directed at the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, Dubey urged him to examine this legislation, which he argued has effectively rendered India and its citizens subservient.
Dubey stated in his post, translated from Hindi: “We became subservient under this American law until 2006/2008... The US can inspect nearly all of our citizens and strategic nuclear facilities at will. Can India reciprocate in the same manner?”
The BJP leader further posed questions to the Congress regarding the “pressures” experienced in 2008.
