Most states and Union Territories are approaching complete distribution and digitization of Elector-specific Enumeration Forms (EFs), as highlighted in the ECI's daily bulletin released on Sunday.
This enumeration phase, which commenced on November 4 and will conclude on December 11, is designed to update and validate the electoral rolls nationwide with the assistance of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and Booth Level Agents (BLAs) appointed by recognized political parties.
According to the bulletin, Lakshadweep, Goa, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands have achieved a 100% distribution of EFs.
Rajasthan, with the exception of the 193-Anta Assembly Constituency where the revision has been postponed due to a bye-election, also reported 100% distribution.
Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Puducherry recorded distribution levels of 99.99%, 99.99%, and 99.98%, respectively.
In terms of digitization, Lakshadweep and Rajasthan reached 100% completion.

Across all 12 listed states and Union Territories, a total of 50.94 crore forms have been distributed, which constitutes 99.94% of electors.
The digitization stands at 50.06 crore forms, representing 98.22%.
