The Daily Bulletin released at 3 p.m. on Saturday confirmed this nationwide EF distribution, showcasing the effective field mobilization executed by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and the involvement of Booth Level Agents (BLAs).
The enumeration phase is currently ongoing from November 4 to December 4, during which a total of 50.45 crore EFs have been distributed out of 50.97 crore eligible electors.
However, the digitization process is lagging behind, with 17.05 crore forms digitized to date, resulting in an overall digitization rate of 33.45 percent.
Goa and Lakshadweep have achieved a flawless 100 percent distribution of EFs, closely followed by Andaman and Nicobar at 99.98 percent, Madhya Pradesh at 99.81 percent, West Bengal at 99.74 percent, and Gujarat at 99.65 percent.

The Election Commission has urged recognized political parties to appoint additional Booth Level Agents to expedite both verification and digitization processes.
Additionally, the ECI clarified that the figures from Rajasthan exclude the Anta Assembly constituency, where the revision was postponed due to a by-election.
The ECI will keep issuing scheduled bulletins as the revision process nears its December 4 deadline.
