As detailed in the Daily Bulletin published at 3 p.m. on Friday, the overall EF distribution has reached 98.93 percent, showcasing the effective field mobilization by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and the proactive involvement of Booth Level Agents (BLAs).
In the current enumeration phase, which is active from November 4 to December 4, a total of 50.43 crore EFs have been distributed from the eligible 50.97 crore electors.
However, digitisation efforts are lagging, with only 13.64 crore forms digitised to date, resulting in a digitisation rate of 26.77 percent.
Goa and Lakshadweep have achieved a flawless 100 percent EF distribution, followed closely by Andaman and Nicobar at 99.98 percent, Madhya Pradesh at 99.79 percent, West Bengal at 99.74 percent, and Gujarat at 99.63 percent.
Uttar Pradesh, the largest state by electorate, has reached 99.57 percent distribution, covering over 15.37 crore electors.
The states with the lowest EF distribution include Puducherry at 94.97 percent, Tamil Nadu at 95.58 percent, and Kerala at 97.10 percent.
In terms of digitisation, Lakshadweep leads the pack at 61.30 percent, followed by Goa at 59.81 percent and Rajasthan at 54.26 percent.
Kerala has the lowest digitisation progress, with only 6.81 percent, and Uttar Pradesh follows at 9.21 percent.
The Commission has urged recognised political parties to appoint additional Booth Level Agents to expedite the verification and digitisation processes.
The ECI's press release added that the figures from Rajasthan do not encompass the Anta Assembly constituency, where the revision was postponed due to a by-election.
The ECI is set to continue releasing scheduled bulletins as the revision progresses toward its deadline on December 4.
