In a video message directed to PM Modi, New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon expressed, "Kia ora, namaskar, my esteemed friend Prime Minister Modi. Congratulations on your 75th birthday from me and all of your friends in New Zealand. A milestone like this is an opportunity to reflect on the wisdom of your leadership as you endeavor to guide India toward becoming a developed nation by 2047."

Luxon also expressed his enthusiasm for enhancing cooperation between the two countries, stating, "I am genuinely excited about New Zealand collaborating more with India to fulfill that vision as we strive to ensure both our great nations attain the security and prosperity we seek."

Guyana's President Irfaan Ali conveyed wishes for health, strength, and divine blessings for PM Modi, saying, "Your Excellency, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, on the joyous occasion of your 75th birth anniversary, I extend my warmest and most heartfelt congratulations. May this milestone be accompanied by continued health, abundant strength, and blessings as you continue your remarkable mission of service to your people, the Global South, and humanity at large."

He praised PM Modi for being a steadfast voice for the Global South, stating, "Your leadership has been transformative. In a world often marked by imbalance, you have emerged as a strong advocate for the Global South. You have brought attention and respect to issues vital for developing nations, reminding the world that the future of the South is tied to the fate of the planet."

Dominica's Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit also recognized PM Modi as a global leader and lauded his efforts in strengthening ties between India and Dominica.

European Council President Antonio Costa and Mauritius Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam, who recently finished an official visit to India, also shared warm birthday wishes, emphasizing the importance of ongoing partnerships between their nations and India.

Former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak referred to PM Modi as a great friend and expressed gratitude for their strong relationship, while former Kenya PM Raila Odinga reflected on their longstanding friendship since Modi's tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat.
