Furthermore, the establishment of 12 science colleges, two universities, and 11 medical colleges in tribal areas has paved the way for tribal youth to explore careers in medicine and engineering.
The Chief Minister urged for support towards traditional tribal arts and crafts through the "Vocal for Local" and "Local for Global" initiatives, aligning with the vision for a 'Viksit Bharat' and 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat'.
During the event, Minister Raman Solanki remarked on the unprecedented development seen in Gujarat under CM Patel's guidance, particularly in education, health, employment, and livelihood within Aravalli's tribal sectors.
Minister P.C. Baranda added that the Shamlaji Mahotsav embodies the unity, culture, and faith of the tribal community, with this year witnessing participation from thousands, along with local folk artists, dancers, and devotional performances.
During the ceremony, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation for several projects, including Rs 107.02 crore from the state Roads and Buildings Department, Rs 24.49 crore from the Education Department, Rs 19.9 crore from the Sports Department, Rs 12.5 crore from the Panchayat Roads and Buildings Department, and Rs 3.46 crore from the Health and Family Welfare Department.
He also distributed land allotment orders to families from nomadic and de-notified tribes and provided cash credit support to groups under the Mission Mangalam initiative.
The event was graced by District Panchayat President Priyanka Damor, MP Shobhana Baraiya, MLAs Bhikhusingh Parmar and Dhavalsingh Jhala, along with district officials and other dignitaries.
