Gandhinagar, Aug 13 (NationPress) The Gujarat government has officially relaunched nine enhanced websites within the Education Department.
This initiative was spearheaded by Higher and Technical Education Minister Rushikesh Patel, alongside Minister of State for Primary, Secondary and Adult Education Praful Pansheriya, who attended the event.
These upgraded websites, developed at an investment of Rs 50.11 lakh, aim to offer citizens and students rapid and easy digital access to essential information, including education-related resolutions, policies, circulars, scholarship details, government schemes, and the latest initiatives in the sector.
During the event, Minister Rushikesh Patel emphasized that the project supports the Viksit Bharat@2047 and Viksit Gujarat@2047 vision, underscoring the state government’s commitment to enhancing digital infrastructure for improved governance and service delivery.
He stated, "These websites will guarantee that crucial education-related information is disseminated to the public swiftly and transparently."

In the 2025–26 Gujarat state budget, state Finance Minister Kanu Desai allocated a significant Rs 59,999 crore for the education sector.
