Ahmedabad, Nov 25 (NationPress) The Gujarat administration has proclaimed the initiation of the national “Sardar @150: Unity March,” commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Vallabhbhai Patel. This significant event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel from Karamsad, with the virtual presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

State spokesperson Minister Jitu Vaghani made the announcement.

This 11-day march will kick off on November 26, coinciding with Constitution Day, from the revered land of Karamsad, the birthplace of Patel, and will culminate on December 6 at the Statue of Unity, situated along the banks of the Narmada in Ekta Nagar.

According to Vaghani, daily participation from thousands of individuals and patriots across the nation is anticipated, inspired by Patel’s principles and life teachings.

The inaugural ceremony will include notable figures such as Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of State Nimu Bambhaniya, and Gujarat BJP chief Jagdish Vishwakarma.

Moreover, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya is expected to participate as a padyatri during the march. On the second day, Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi, Union Minister Jitendra Singh, S.P. Baghel, and B.L. Verma will also join the event.

Throughout the 11-day period, numerous prominent national leaders will partake at various stages: on Day 5, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi and former Vice President M.
