Chandigarh, Jan 6 (NationPress) Haryana's Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated on Tuesday that the state is becoming a pivotal hub as a food producer, employment creator, and a center for innovation.

Through collaborative efforts, Haryana is significantly contributing to national interests, ensuring that the state remains at the forefront of developmental progress.

The Chief Minister delivered his remarks during the closing session of the first day of the Pre-Budget Consultation Session at Gurugram University. CM Saini emphasized that Haryana will advance with improved financial management, guaranteeing effective implementation of initiatives that aim to uplift every segment of society.

He remarked that the citizens of Haryana have established a unique identity. Farmers are serving the nation by providing food, while the youth of Haryana proudly serve as vigilant guardians at the nation's borders.

“Currently, Haryana has also made a distinctive mark in agriculture, sports, and industry,” stated the Chief Minister. He noted that when Haryana was formed on November 1, 1966, numerous unfounded assumptions were made; however, the dedicated and determined populace has propelled Haryana to new heights.

CM Saini acknowledged that the suggestions received regarding state development are not only praiseworthy but also invaluable. Many such suggestions have been incorporated into previous budgets, leading to favorable outcomes for the state's residents. As Haryana advances with its ‘Vision 2047’, the insights from experts and public representatives are increasingly significant.

The Chief Minister highlighted that presentations from various departments have yielded essential suggestions related to innovation, employment, and knowledge-based growth. He expressed optimism that Haryana will experience swift progress in the future.

During the pre-budget session in Gurugram, CM Saini also inaugurated the AI-driven ‘Haryana Budget Janbhagidari’ Portal, which aligns with Haryana Vision 2047. This platform will allow citizens to directly participate in the state’s budget formulation process.

Submissions can be made on the portal in Haryanvi, Hindi, and English, ensuring inclusivity across all societal segments.

The Chief Minister asserted that this initiative showcases the government’s commitment to transparency, citizen engagement, and participatory governance. The portal will enable citizens, experts, and stakeholders to connect directly with the government, share practical suggestions, and enhance the budget-making process to be more open, continuous, and dialogue-driven.
