Hyderabad, July 18 (NationPress) A brand new daily express train connecting Hyderabad and Jodhpur is set to begin operations on July 20. The inaugural one-way service, named Kacheguda – Bhagat Ki Kothi – Kacheguda Express, will be ceremoniously launched by Union Minister of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw and Union Minister of Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy from Kacheguda Railway Station on July 19.
As per the South Central Railway (SCR), this new daily service is expected to significantly aid the sizable population of Rajasthani residents in Telangana, particularly those living in Hyderabad, who have long advocated for a daily train link.
This train promises a fast, secure, and comfortable journey, linking key stations across Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. It also offers an easy travel alternative to other major cities such as Nanded, Washim, Ujjain, Ratlam, Nimach, Chittaurgarh, Bhilwara, Ajmer, and Pali Marwar, enabling rail users to better plan their trips, SCR stated.
The new daily train service caters to both reserved and unreserved passengers, facilitating travel for individuals from central and western states residing in Hyderabad and nearby areas, allowing them to visit their hometowns with ease. Train No. 07615 Kacheguda – Bhagat Ki Kothi Inaugural Oneway Special Service will leave Kacheguda at 5:30 p.m. on July 19 and is expected to arrive at Bhagat Ki Kothi at 11:30 a.m. on July 21.
The regular daily service will start on July 20, departing Kacheguda at 11:50 p.m. and reaching Bhagat Ki Kothi at 8:00 p.m. on July 22.
Train No. 17606 Bhagat Ki Kothi - Kacheguda will begin operations on July 22, leaving Bhagat Ki Kothi at 10:30 p.m. and arriving at Kacheguda at 3:40 p.m. on July 24.
