Rajgir, Sep 6 (NationPress) The Indian men’s hockey team achieved an impressive 7-0 victory against China during their third Super 4 match in the Men’s Asia Cup 2025, held at the Rajgir Hockey Stadium in Bihar on Saturday. The goal scorers for India included Abhishek (46', 50'), Shilanand Lakra (4'), Dilpreet Singh (7'), Mandeep Singh (18'), Raj Kumar Pal (37'), and Sukhjeet Singh (39').
India demonstrated overwhelming control from the outset and secured a place in the final of this prestigious tournament, set to clash against the defending champions, Korea, on Sunday.
With a powerful start, India netted two crucial goals in the first quarter. In the fourth minute, Harmanpreet Singh sent an aerial ball to Jarmanpreet Singh on the right, who then crossed to Shilanand Lakra (4') for the opening goal.
