Jammu, Feb 26 (NationPress) In preparation for the forthcoming budget presentation set for March 7, the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah, convened a series of pre-Budget discussions with crucial government departments on Tuesday to finalize proposals for the new Budget.
