Prayagraj, Jan 21 (NationPress) In a noteworthy administrative shift, the Allahabad High Court has mandated the relocation of 14 judicial officers, which includes the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of Sambhal, Vibhanshu Sudheer. Aditya Singh, who previously held the position of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sambhal at Chandausi, will now take over as the new CJM of Sambhal, succeeding Sudheer.

Sudheer has been reassigned as Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sultanpur.

This transfer follows Sudheer's directive on January 19, which instructed the Sambhal police to file an FIR against the then Circle Officer Anuj Chaudhary and the Station House Officer regarding the shooting of a youth during the Sambhal violence that occurred in November 2024.

In response to this order, the Sambhal police announced their intention to appeal to the Allahabad High Court to contest the CJM's directive.

According to the transfer order from the Registrar General of the Allahabad High Court, Harendra Nath, Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) of Kannauj, will now serve as Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge in the exclusive POCSO court of Kannauj, replacing Alaka Yadav, who has been reassigned as Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge in Gonda.

Vikas, the Special Judge and Additional District and Sessions Judge in Gonda, has been named as Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) in Gonda, where he will oversee cases related to crimes against women.
