Mumbai, Jan 24 (NationPress) Junaid Khan, the son of Aamir Khan, has recently shared his journey of overcoming his challenges in dancing, thanks to the guidance of Farah Khan. Despite his initial struggles with dance, he found comfort and ease in the process, thanks to her support.

In a recent discussion about his experience collaborating with the choreographer-turned-director Farah, who crafted the choreography for the song "Rehna Kol" from his forthcoming film Loveyapa, alongside Khushi Kapoor, Junaid expressed his gratitude.

Preparing for his much-anticipated theatrical debut in Loveyapa, he stated, “Collaborating with Farah ma’am has been an extraordinary experience. Her presence on set is remarkable.” He went on to say, “I am genuinely thankful for the chance to learn from someone of her caliber. Even with my dancing limitations, her warmth and energy made it easy for me to feel at ease and focus on performing at my best.”

Notably, Farah, who famously choreographed the classic tune "Pehla Nasha" from Aamir Khan’s "Jo Jeeta Woh Sikandar" (1992), has now choreographed for Aamir’s son, Junaid. Reflecting on this opportunity, Junaid considers it one of the most significant moments of his life.

In addition, Loveyapa delves into the realm of modern romance, telling the story of a young couple whose relationship faces trials after they accidentally swap mobile phones, revealing some harsh truths about one another. The film is a remake of the acclaimed Tamil film Love Today, featuring Pradeep Ranganathan and Ivana in the lead roles in 2022.

To add authenticity to his role, Junaid dedicated three months to immerse himself in the lifestyle and culture of Delhi. A source revealed, “Junaid Khan genuinely immersed himself in the character by spending three months in the National Capital, aiming to capture the essence of a typical Delhi boy for his upcoming film ‘Loveyapa’.”

Loveyapa, directed by Advait Chandan, also features Khushi Kapoor, Radhika Sarathkumar, Sathyaraj, Yogi Babu, Eijaz Khan, Raveena Ravi, Adnan Siddiqui, and Swati Verma. The film is set to release in theaters on February 7, 2025.
