He noted that in the complaint submitted by the young woman and her mother, claims have been made regarding sexual assault, recording of the act, and coercion.

The accused, Sameer Mulla, asserts that the young woman recorded the private video herself on her mobile device.
However, she contends that she was introduced to the accused through his sister, who invited her to a gym and subsequently took her to his residence, where she claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted.
She has further alleged that the accused recorded a video of the incident and used it to blackmail her.
Additionally, she has claimed that the accused made her pregnant and coerced her into recording a video of herself taking pills and sending it to him.
The complaints and videos have circulated widely on social media, escalating tensions within the city.
While the young woman has raised allegations of sexual assault and coercion, Sameer's family has denied all accusations.
Tensions flared in Hubballi on Friday following the allegations of 'love jihad' involving a Muslim youth and a Hindu girl, leading to confrontations between members of Hindu organizations and the youth's family.
The situation heightened as members of Hindu groups protested outside the Old Hubballi police station, with hundreds of activists demanding stringent action against the accused.
According to police reports, the youth, identified as Sameer, a gym trainer from Vijayanagar, was allegedly seen with the girl, whom he met at the gym.
Members of Hindu organizations intervened, claiming that the relationship constituted a case of 'love jihad'. They apprehended Sameer and handed him over to the Old Hubballi police.
The situation escalated when Sameer's family allegedly invaded the girl's home, accusing her family of kidnapping him and causing a disturbance.
They are also reported to have attempted an assault during the incident.
The sequence of events began when the girl's family approached Sameer's residence and interrogated him about his relationship with their daughter. Subsequently, he was taken and handed over to the police by members of Hindu organizations.
In retaliation, Sameer's family allegedly barged into the girl's house, leading to further clashes between both parties.
Several individuals from both families sustained injuries and were treated at KIMS Hospital in Hubballi.
