New Delhi, April 1 (NationPress) Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) is set to enhance its league in Season 6 with the introduction of an exciting new franchise, Kolkata ThunderBlades. Furthermore, Pune Jaguars will step in to take the place of the defunct Puneri Paltan TT, as announced by the organizers on Tuesday.

The upcoming season will feature teams competing for the championship from May 29 to June 15 at Ahmedabad’s EKA Arena. Teams will face off in the league stage, with the top four progressing to the semifinals.

Co-owned by the Uneecops Group and M Vikas Group, Kolkata ThunderBlades brings a wealth of knowledge about table tennis, as co-owners Ketan Jain and Rajat Kumar are former national-level players with extensive experience in the sport.

In addition, renowned coach Anshul Garg is returning in a new capacity as team director, having successfully managed competitive teams during UTT’s Seasons 4 and 5.
