Patna, July 19 (NationPress) Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan, also known as Lalan Singh, fiercely criticized the Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday. He accused them of being embroiled in land scam controversies and affirmed that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the rule of law is firmly established.

Lalan Singh referenced the ED’s chargesheet against Robart Vadra and the Supreme Court's decision to not stay the IRCTC land-for-jobs scam case involving Lalu Prasad Yadav, stating, "The leader in Delhi (Rahul Gandhi) aspires to be Prime Minister, while the one in Bihar (Tejashwi Yadav) aims for Chief Minister. But the reality is they are all ensnared in land scam allegations. Rest assured, under PM Modi, there is a rule of law, and those who commit crimes will face imprisonment."

He further criticized Lalu Prasad Yadav, claiming that Yadav's tenure left Bihar with a plethora of potholes instead of proper roads. "During his rule, electricity was scarce, forcing residents to rely on lanterns. Law and order were in utter chaos; people feared venturing out after dark, and kidnapping became rampant in Bihar," he remarked.

Lalan Singh added that the entire Yadav family is now caught in land scam investigations, emphasizing that Lalu Prasad Yadav enjoyed his governance while the populace suffered.

Turning his ire towards Mamata Banerjee, he remarked, "The Prime Minister acknowledges all gods and goddesses equally, serving the nation with unwavering commitment." He questioned the governance in West Bengal, asking whether it is led by Mamata Didi or the Trinamool Congress workers.

"The situation in Bengal deteriorates daily," Singh stated, urging reporters to visit West Bengal and assess the situation for themselves. "If you survey 100 residents, 90 percent will report that terror reigns in Bengal, and jungle raj prevails there," he asserted.

In conclusion, Lalan Singh reaffirmed that under PM Modi’s administration, the government will pursue stringent legal actions against corruption. He stated, "Legal measures will be enforced, and anyone who transgresses the law will be imprisoned."
